All items sold at My Auto Store except for airbags, computer/modules, tires, and sheet metal (sold “as is”) come with an industry-leading 6-month warranty for free. Check out our warranty information page for details.

No, due to the nature of used auto parts, any liability of My Auto Store from all causes shall be limited to the price paid for the parts that were sold or provided. If the part is defective, My Auto Store’s liability will be limited to the replacement of the part or remedy that does not exceed the price paid for at My Auto Store.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all auto parts ordered online as well as 4 local pickup locations located in Southern NJ, NYC, & Baltimore, MD areas.

Yes, you can choose to have your parts shipped to your residence, business, or repair facility of choice. We deliver for free to all continental US states, just specify the location as well as the name and address in your order at the time of purchase.

The engines come whole with blocks, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, rockers, and oil pumps. It may come with extra parts such as sensors and others however these are not covered under any warranty and if included it’s to aid in the convenience of installation.

All of our transmissions may come with accessories such as but not limited to: modulators, sensors, electrical controls, linkage, mounts, seals, gaskets, or fluids. These accessories are not covered under the warranty.

If you were sent a different part than you ordered please notify us as soon as possible by calling 1-866-513-3788 and we will work to correct the mistake. If there was an error by the customer at the time of purchase (such as ordering the wrong part by accident) My Auto Store is not responsible for extra costs that may arise such as shipping.

No, your 17-digit VIN is not required to complete your online order. However, we recommend you follow the instructions on the order confirmation email and provide us with your VIN number immediately after purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to double-check that the part you are purchasing fits your vehicle. My Auto Store won’t be liable for any error by the buyer at the time of purchase.

Returnable parts are subject to acceptance by My Auto Store and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. My Auto store is not responsible for a buyer’s error.

Yes, if you live near the Philadelphia area, South Jersey or New Castle, Delaware we buy vehicles for cash whether they are running or not running. We also tow for free within a 30-mile radius of Camden, NJ, and a 20-mile radius of Newcastle, DE. For more details or to get a free quote click here.
